Bid Document Plans – If you are an architect/engineering firm and need assistance with fire sprinkler analysis for your construction documents. We can be as minimally involved as giving basic design criteria and a general head layout or as substantially involved as needed by running preliminary hydraulic calculations for help with sizing fire pumps, standpipes, and or system network piping.
Change Order Review – No one likes change orders especially owners. If you are a contractor and need assistance with figuring out cost estimates and schedule impacts due to change orders we can help. If you are an owner and you received a change order and are not sure about the validity of the cost we can also assist by utilizing national standards to see what you should be paying.
Fire Sprinkler Plan Review – If you have shop drawings you need a second set of eyes on before you submit to your local AHJ or maybe an unorthodox fire sprinkler design, we would be happy to review them.
Project Management-Procurement Services – Are you currently in need of someone to assist with material take-offs, ordering, and procuring of material? If so we would be happy to help assist with this.
Fully Designed Submittal Ready Shop Drawings – If you are a contractor that needs full submittal ready fire sprinkler plans with hydraulic calculations we would be more than happy to help. We can also produce fully fabrication-ready stocklists as well.
3D modeling and BIM coordination – If you are a fire sprinkler contractor and have a BIM coordinated project you need design assistance with or if you need models and or .dwg files extracted from your provided Revit files.
Conversion Drawings – Do you have an existing .dwg file you need to be converted into an Autosprink or Revit drawing, or maybe the architect/engineering firm you worked with designed the model in another software such as HydraCAD or SprinkCAD. We would be happy to assist in getting those plans updated into a format that works best for you.
Evaluating Existing Systems – Did you get a contract for an existing fire sprinkler system that may need a major update? Or maybe a contract on an existing building that will need to have a system retrofitted into it we would be happy to evaluate your existing system or structure and provide the best option fix.
Fire Sprinkler System Point Layout – Would you like to go in before all of the other trades and pre-set your hangers? Would you like to hit your job running and not have to worry about pulling an x, y, and z dimension to set a hanger? With our Autosprink and Autodesk Point Layout capability, we can give your personnel, equipped with your Trimble or Topcon, installation-ready coordinates for sleeves, hangers, and other penetrations. That way when you show up at the site with the pipe you can start routing it immediately.
Fire Hydrant Flow Tests – Are you working on a new project and unsure if the water supply is capable of handling the system demands you may need for your system? Let us help by coming out and providing a fire hydrant water flow test.

We have both capabilities for modeling in Autosprink, which is top-of-the-line true 3D fire sprinkler modeling software, AutoCAD, and are soon to be expanding into Revit modeling as well. We currently have the capability to create a Revit model from our existing Autosprink Fire Sprinkler software if you do need modeling inside of Revit for your project.
